Services
Support that adapts
to where your project is now.
Some clients arrive with a clear plan.
Others are still exploring, comparing or preparing.
There’s no fixed package. We start with what you need,
then build the right support around it.
Every project starts somewhere different.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we start.
I’m still exploring
I have an idea, but I’m still figuring out the product, suppliers or direction.

Enough to help me understand where to begin.
Flip back ↶I know what I need
I have a clearer brief and need help comparing options or moving the project forward.
Helpful to know
- Product or material requirements
- Samples, references or tech packs
- Target quantities or budget range
- What you’ve already arranged
The clearer the brief, the easier it is to focus on the right options.
Flip back ↶I already have suppliers
I need someone on the ground to visit, communicate, check progress or coordinate next steps.
Helpful to know
- Supplier or factory details
- What needs to be checked or discussed
- Your timeline
- What you need me to handle locally
Existing suppliers are completely fine. I can step in where local support is useful.
Flip back ↶From planning to follow-through.
You can start at any stage. I can step in before your trip, work with you in China or act locally on your behalf, and continue supporting the project after you return. The support simply adapts to what you need now.
Plan with clarity.
Before you travel, I help turn a broad idea or early brief into something more practical, so your time in China is focused on the right people, places and decisions.
Make better decisions.
I can accompany you in person, or visit and communicate locally on your behalf when you cannot be there. The goal is to give you clearer information before you make decisions.
Keep things moving.
Once you leave China, I can stay close to the local side of the project, follow up with suppliers and help keep communication and next steps moving.
Local knowledge Real context, not just information.
Practical judgement Focus on what actually matters.
Clear communication You stay informed throughout.
Continuity One local point of support as things evolve.
Use what you need.
Some projects need one focused piece of support. Others evolve across several stages. We build the scope around the project, not the other way around.

Common questions. Clear answers.
A few things clients often want to know before getting started.
Who do you usually work with?
I mainly work with founders, brand owners, buyers and small teams who need reliable local support in China. Some are starting with an early idea, while others already have suppliers or production underway.
Do I need to come to China?
Not necessarily. I can work with you in person when you are here, or handle certain visits, supplier communication and follow-up locally on your behalf.
Can I start with just one part of the process?
Yes. You might only need help researching suppliers, preparing for a trip, visiting a factory or following up after you return. We can start with what is useful now and add support later if the project develops.
Do you take on every project?
No. Before starting, I look at what you are trying to achieve, the timeline and the kind of support involved. If I don’t think I’m the right person for the project, I’ll tell you upfront.
How are fees structured?
It depends on the scope. Some work is priced by time, while research, preparation or ongoing coordination may make more sense as a project-based scope. I’ll confirm what is included and the cost before we begin.
How do you handle project information?
Information you share about your products, suppliers and project is treated as private and is only used for the work we have agreed on. If a project requires additional confidentiality arrangements, we can discuss that before starting.
